I got a great deal on this. I was waiting and waiting for Dell to build my new computer and they kept putting the shipping date off and so I looked on amazon and saw this open boxed item and it was pretty much the same computer with better speakers but $300 less than I was paying. So I cancelled my order with dell and bought this. I am taking a class and needed it fast - that is why I was so frustrated with Dell - it had been over a month. I got the Satelite the next day. My online classes are streamed in and I have no problem with them. It downloads video quickly also. I haven't figured out the face recognition yet - how to add more than one user - but have only had it a week. I wish it came with more instruction books but that may be because it was an open box item. I will look online for what I need. I was in perfect condition - it cam from the Amazon wharehouse and they checked it over and made sure it looked great before they sent it out. I read their policy on taking back computer and they usually refuse to if they have been opened - so this computer must have been sent back to them unopen or something. Eitherway - I got a really good deal. It is really big and is supposed to be 6lbs. It feels heavier - but I might just be a wimp.
