i bought this hp junk and it has given me nothing more than headaches.
so, i decided to get rid of it and go sony.
dealing with the hp "total care" incompetents is a nightmare.
those people have no idea what they talk about + they charge for everything even if the product is brand new.
it made me sick.
i only hope that hp goes bust soon.
i am, from now on, boycotting all hp products. hp will never get any penny from me.
what do they think? probably that they did us a favor selling to us customers.
this item has been faulty only after 4 months after purchase and they have not been able to give
me a satisfactory response.
i will definitely shop somewhere else.
one word of advice; total care means "NO CARE".
fortunately we do have options when it comes to products.
no more hp.
hp means INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
