Overall, the computer is great. Windows 7 and very little crapware makes this laptop very easy to configure to your tastes. I gave this only four stars because of the build quality. The case around the CD tray is rather flimsy, so I inadvertently open the CD tray when I grab it from the side. Additionally, I cleaned the keyboard with isopropyl alcohol and the trackpad had a white haze when the alcohol evaporated. This is an indication of the plastic reacting with the chemicals in the alcohol.
